Here I am using the digital image Birthday Fishes,

 the image I used is an extra that comes with the image (you won't see it when you view the image in the store but it comes with it) and it is perfect for a sequin shaker card.  This is my first sequin shaker.

 

I printed the fish as it comes in the center of the sentiment.  I cut out my circle using a die then cut out the fish, embossed it and adhered it to my sponged background.  Then used this tutorial from Pretty Pink Posh - Sequin Card Tutorial.

I enlarged and cropped her on my panel, add stitching, sequins, matted with vellum and popped up with foam tape.

Fab Fri Balloon Bye

 It is Fab Friday at Tiddly Inks

That means an entire blog post on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog of Eye Candy from the Design Team.

 

 I am using the adorable Digital Image

Ellie Says Bye from Tiddly Inks.

I enlarged the image, cropped it and placed it on my card so the hot air balloon was off the edge and put the focus on Ellie in the basket.  I kept it clean and simple by only coloring her and the weights simply with Copics.

SPD04 Challenge - CAS - Clean And Simple

I left her uncolored to focus in one the flowers that tie into the sentiment. 

Next I played in this week's 

Less Is More Challenge Week 172 - Theme - Flowers

I colored in only the leaves of the image and punched out flowers and layered them and put glitter glue in the centers, right on top of the flower images for a 3D effect. 

Lastly I played in this week's Simon Says Stamp

Wednesday Challenge - Die Crazy

I used the die inlay technique on my CAS card and popped up the panel and matted with Vellum.

Forever Friends Watercolor

 Playing in today's Featured Stamper Challenge at splitcoaststampers

My Changes

 heat embossed my sentiment

used clear dew drops

made smaller panel and popped up with vellum

 I just love this $5 stamp set from Papertrey Ink. 

 I am using it and using it.  This is the first time I used it with watercolors.  I love how it turned out by heat embossing my sentiment in white. 

Wonderful Words - Friends Mini Stamp Set

I used Tim Holtz Distress Markers for my watercoloring. 

 I just scribbled a spot in one color, went over with my aqua brush and repeated with each color, one at a time to blend best.  When I first tried it scribbling all colors first then blending, they did not blend well cuz the ink dried.

Isn't she cute!  I cropped her to focus on her sunshine face.  It makes me happy.  

 I printed the sentiment on vellum (I had to adhere the vellum to my copy paper using removeable tape).

I embellished with little dew drops.  Can you see the ones I put on her pony tails as pony tail holders?

For my card 

I am using this adorable Tiddly Inks Image Going Swimming

To make my water I used the Perfect Airbrush from Perfect Paper Crafting

I sponged

Tim Holtz' Distress Ink Peacock Feathers then spritzed over it using the Perfect Airbrush and Tim Holtz Distress Marker Tumbled Glass then I embossed it using CB Tiny Bubbles Embossing Folder. 

To give that little extra touch

I used Inkessentials' Crystal Effects on the goggles, waterwings and innertube. 

Note: I added extra hair lines using a pen.

I cropped the top daisy, made it the side I wanted and put it in the corner of my panel then placed it at an angle on my card front with the vellum behind it.  This is such a beautiful digi.  I loooved coloring it.
