WATERMELON SALAD

This isn't a card Lisa. 

Nope it's note.  I have  been making healthy changes with my life in the past 4 months.  With that my priorities have changed.  I am enjoying eating healthy, exercising and being able to do more things.  This post is for my SIL's Meche and Pilo who wanted me to post pics of my salads.  I eat a lot of salads.  So I have learned to be creative. You will be seeing all kinds of posts of me enjoying living!

This is my Watermelon Salad

1 Cup Greens (I used Romaine and Green Leaf Lettuce)

Three small wedges of seedless Watermelon

Three fat slices Cucumber

Three half rings Red Onion

1-2 Tablespoons Italian Viniagrette Dressing

Five thin slices Parmesan Cheese using vegetable peeler

Few Pumpkin Seeds sprinkled on top

Did you miss me?

I am back from a wonderful vacation! 

We visited family in California and Texas.  Visited the Grand Canyon, met IRL Bob and Kathy in Texas and they took me to WHATABURGER.  I even brought home a bottle of their Spicy Ketchup.
