Enjoying the heat? Or should I say enduring the heat? Luckily our house has no windows on the East and West sides so with the blinds drawn our house stays relatively cool. Its not hot enough here to have AC. The sun is nice
Don't you just love this sweet Pure Innocence girl from My favorite things? I do. I love candy and just had to have her.
I made this card for two challenges.
First I was ispired by last Friday's Free For All Challenge #20 SHOW US WHAT YOU'VE GOT. The challenge was to use something new that you have not yet opened. So I out my lollipop girl and MFT cork sheets and voila.
Secondly this card is for this week's My Favorite Thing's Wednesday Stamp Club. It is a sketch challenge.
I made buttons from the lollipop by stamping her as 8 times and punching out th
e lollipops with a 1/2" circle punch. I then colored them, sponge the edges and top with dimensional glaze. Once dry, I punched holes and placed the eyelets.
