This challenge, I chose to play with the color combo.
After stamping "Happy" from So Happy For You then "Birthday" masking off the rest of the sentiment from Let's Do Take Out, I die cut using Cool Tag Four Die Set. I used a Copic Multiliner pen and ruler to draw horizontal lines in the word "Happy" then I colored using Copics and no shading. I popped the tag up on my card base and added a piece of washi through the tag top and folding it over.
