Good day! I am still under the weather from a stomach bug (I swear my wonderful sharing son gave me) and of course him and Mario were over it the first day. Five days later, I'm still feeling its effects. But it hasn't kept me from making cards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hee hee.
Today's Color Combination Challenge at Splitcoaststampers is to use the colors: Summer Sun, Only Orange and Kiwi Kiss or Old Olive:http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=436814 . First of all I was excited I even had these colors, in ink only but still I HAVE THEM! First what came to my mind was Lemons, Limes and Oranges. So, I stamped and heat embossed all my lemons, limes and oranges. They would not stand out unless I did that because two of my inks are Craft. My sketch is from an add for Paper Crafts Card Creations Quick & Easy Volume 2 in Paper Crafts Magazine March/April 2009 pg 79. Lots of great ideas in there CHECK IT OUT!
