Hi. I was actually being a good blogger friend today and viewing blogs and leaving comments. I came across my friend K's card HERE. And just had to join in Susan's One-Layer Wonder Challenge 19-BLACK AND WHITE WITH A SPOT OF COLOR.
Susan's card was so inspiring. Once I got started I found it difficult to make a one layer card and have it look nice. I had this idea using this LITTLE SNOWMAN from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS. I envisioned him being in front of a house. So I cut my card in the shape of a house. My one spot of color is his nose. I used a sentiment from JUST CHILLIN also from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS.
Susan said to have fun and I did. And it didn't take long either. Even more fun. Hope you all had a fun and relaxing holiday weekend.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Just Chillin', Little Snowman (Clear Dollar Stamps)
Paper: Premium Heavyweight white (Clear Dollar Stamps)
Ink: Momento Tuxedo Black (from Clear Dollar Stamps), Copic YR07 (from Clear Dollar Stamps)
