Butterflies represent a NEW BEGINNING and also I chose this sentiment which can refer to the NEW YEAR from the set HEART FLUTTERS

Techniques:Sponging, Shape


I used the Brand NEW Cuttin' Up SVG file - Scallop Basics SVG files

I matted the two shapes then folded them over for my treat bag topper
