CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE #107

Easter's coming. I just love bright easter eggs...the plastic kind and wooden Easter baskets. I know it is not the real meaning of Easter but I love the colors and giving treats too.

So when I saw today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE.....MAKE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND...this is what I came up with.

I wanted to use the new release YOUR'RE EGGS-TRAORDINARY form CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS.

I've been wanting to make an easter basket using these eggs. Keeping in mind this is a CAS challenge...I heat embossed the eggs on colorful paper. For my background...I stamped the sentiment repeatedly. I embossed my basket to look like wood. I had some Easter grass around so I adhered it with score tape and trimmed to my liking. Worked great...nice to find another use for it.

Stamps/Images: You're Eggs-traordinary (Clear Dollar Stamps)
Cardstock/Papers:Worn Parchment, Bubble Gum, Bee Pollen, Turquoise Gem, Cottonball White (Clear Dollar Stamps)
Inks/Markers: Momento Dye Ink Pad Tuxedo Black (from Clear Dollar Stamps), Versafine Onyx Black
Accents/Tools:Plastic Easter Grass, Pop ups, Score Tape, Basic Grey button, ribbon, Cuttlebug, CB Distress Stripes Embossing folder, Clear Embossing powder, heat tool
Techniques:Dry Embossing, Heat Embossing

Thank you for visiting me today. Have a nice one.

What a cute card! I'm looking to do more CAS cards, so thank you for such great inspiration. It's snowing here again in WI so it's the perfect time to get out the card-making goodies!
