FLAKE FRIEND

Challenges are so fun.
They get me to use techniques and inspire me in a way I would not have thought on my own. I love it. I am so happy with this card. It just makes me happy. We are the hardest on ourselves so when we love a card we made it's a big deal! You know what I'm talkin' about!

So I made this card for two challenges on Splitcoaststampers today.
First, the CAS (Clean and Simple) Challenge #199 a sketch based on THIS adorable card by Nicky (Clear and Simple).

Second, for the Technique Lover's Challenge #409.....Make a Snowman.  I made a snowman tag. I used mini black brads for his mouth and eyes and hand cut his nose from cardstock.

For my sentiment I used a set by The Alley Way Stamps

RECIPE:
STAMPS:Snow Much Fun (The Alley Way Stamps)
PAPER:Pure Poppy, Orange Zest, White, True Black (Papertrey Ink), Serendipity (Basic Grey)
INK:Versafine Onyx Black
ACCESSORIES:Mini Black brads, 1/8" hole punch and eyelet punch, Licorice Divine Twine, Large Corner Rounder Punch

THANK YOU FOR VISITING. ENJOY YOUR DAY.

Hi! Thanks for the comment on my magnets. I updated my post with a picture of the wooden shapes I used http://littlecardmaker.blogspot.com/2012/12/make-wooden-magnets.html

I got them at Michaels, but I've also found them at Hobby Lobby.

Love your little snowman. The red is gorgeous! I thought I already commented on this but don't see it above - the sentiment is awesome!
