SPD May 2017 Sweet 2 Repeat Blog Hop

It's Sweet 2 Repeat Blog Hop Time SugarPea Fans

Now that you SugarPea Lovers have the April Release
in your hands, its time for an inspirational hop from the Design Team.

I just had to play with the new SPD Mini Muslin Bags
I stamped my images from This Little Piggy onto my bag using my MISTI and a Copic friendly ink.  I stamped each image individually and multiple times until I got the level of color I wanted, a nice deep black.

I colored in my scene I created using Copics.
First, I cut a panel of white cardstock and slipped it inside my bag before I colored.  This was to keep my markers from bleeding through to the other side of my bag.  I used Copics E000, E00, E11, R20, R22, R24, YR23, Y21, Y17, YG21, YG23, YG25, 0, BG0000, BG000, BG01.  I just dotted color, not circles like usual Copic coloring, to protect the markers from the texture of the bag. Also I recommend coloring just inside the black line to allow bleeding of the ink.

I am very impressed
with how easy it is to stamp and color on these bags.
