Your Next Stamp July Feature Day

It's July Feature Day at Your Next Stamp
This month's theme is to create your own background paper.
I just cannot help to think outside the box.
I know a school of colored penciled fish is not what comes to mind when you think of background paper but its what came to MY MIND. LOL.
I just stamped and masked to create an entire card of these snorkeling fishies using Snorkel Fun Fishy and Premium Dye Ink Pad Black Olive! Then I colored them with colored pencils using Anika's technique

Supplies
Stamps: Snorkel Fun Fishy (Your Next Stamp)  Paper: White Cardstock (Papertrey Ink), Recollections Black 110# (Michaels) Ink: VersaMark, Premium Dye Ink Pad Black Olive (Your Next Stamp)  Accessories: Prisma Colored Pencils, Heat Tool, White Embossing Powder, Anti-Static Tool
