CAS(E) this Sketch #248

I am having fun playing in challenges as I make my Christmas cards.
For this card I took inspiration from this week's CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge #248.
I've been dieing to ink up this cutie angel.  I kept with the sketch by masking to make her wand glow using sponging and painter's tape.  Added a little shine with sequins.
