Clearly Inspired Challenge #6

It is time for Clear Dollar Stamps Clearly Inspired Challenge #6. Today's challenge is a color challenge: Use white, red, black and pink (if you want).

So pull out your Clear Dollar Stamps if you have them, if not use whatever you have and join the fun. One random winner will be selected to win a prize. And five will be chosen to feature their cards on Lori's blog and can take the badge to display on their blogs.

I used this adorable new release MONKEY LOVE from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS.

I used masking tape, and masked off the vines on the right side of the image and stamped onto the white card with Momento Tuxedo Black. Then I stamped the image four more times on separate paper and cut out:
1. the sun with monkeys
2. just the monkeys
3 just the monkeys heads, backs and tails
4 just their heads and tails

I sponged on my colors them adhered in the order I cut them out. Then I stitched around the edge to complete.

RECIPE:
STAMPS: MONKEY LOVE (CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS)
PAPER: NEENAH SOLAR WHITE (FROM CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS)
INK: MOMENTO TUXEDO BLACK (FROM CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS), PIXIE PINK, REAL RED, PINK PASSION, BASIC BLACK (STAMPIN UP)
ACCESSORIES: SPONGE, PAPER PIERCER, RULER, MOUSE PAD, NEEDLE, DMC FLOSS
TECHNIQUES: HAND STITCHING, PAPER TOLE, SPONGING
