KYLER GETTING DEPLOYED

I just got off the telephone with my Marine son. He called to tell us he is getting deployed in 2 weeks. That is fast. It is unusual but it happens. He is going to Afghanistan or Bahrhain (please forgive my spelling). I always thought I would handle this news when it came and as soon as I heard I wanted to cry. I feel this is out of my hands. Could use your prayers...thank you. And thank you to all of you who serve our country and you family members. Praying for you too. Thank you.

Oh Lisa, I can feel your pain! He is in God's hands and even though we don't want to admit it those hands are even better than Mom's hands! =) I do hope you post his address. I would love to send him some thoughts of home. He knows he is truely loved at home and that will help him through the days.

Oh, Lisa, love you girl. I'll be praying for you and Kyler. I can only imagine what it's like as his mother. Trust that the training he has received is the best in the world. Keep us posted.

Oh Lisa I know exactly how you feel. My son is a retired (Thank God) Marine who was in harms way several times. I can't give you any advice as I know from experience we all deal in different ways. Prayer, keeping busy and family got me thru. I am adding your son, you and your family to my pray list as I pray for all of our troops and their families. Thank you son for his service.
Hugs & Blessings Bernie
