I am using the adorable Great Catch stamp set.
I stamped my image, colored him simply with Copics then blended Copics over his feet for the water. After that, I adhered a piece of vellum 1/8" larger on all sides with Wacky tape then embossed. I love this look.
Here is the inside.
I repeated the same blending technique for the water again to tie in the inside to the front of my card.
I stamped another cute sentiment from the same set and just added some clear sequins. And also added a vellum mat for the background.

It kind of looks like he's standing in the rain. I know fishermen are very dedicated and a little rain wouldn't stop them. Great card. Love it.
Very cool with the embossing and I like your coloring.
Love your creativity!! Awesome card!
Wow! This is so unique! The embossed layer makes it look like it's raining to me. I don't really know why, it just does. It's really cool.
Oh cool! Layering the vellum and embossing it is a really neat technique. Love that raccoon. :-) Hugs!
