I chose to use these sweet little butterflies and Big Bold sentiment from Countryside Cuties.

I just sponged onto the center of the card for a little sky background.  I found what works best with this technique is to sponge off the ink first on scrap paper then work in circles on my card.  It is all about a little at a time layering to get the smooth color you desire.

It's time for this month's DT DARE - Be Merry!

I made a set of easy to mass produce Christmas cards thanks to my MISTI.  All I had to do was swap out the ornament so I could showcase all three!  I learned the hard way to stamp the sentiment and the ornament in one step then heat embossing it all together.  Can't you just imagine them in gold and silver?!
