Clear Dollar Stamps Weekend Color Challenge #24

It is Friday, that means it is time for the Clear Dollar Stamps Weekend Color Challenge. I am the hostess this week and happy to announce that I will be the hostess every month on the third weekend. Yay!

The colors for this weekend were chosen because it is Father's Day weekend here in the US and my husband's favorite color is purple. So, I made purple optional and chose colors that would work with it and still be masculine.

Colors:

Chocolate Chip (Dark Brown)

Real Red (Bright Red)

Taken With Teal (Teal Blue)

Lovely Lilac (Rainbow Purple) Optional

Neutral: White

Hope you can join us this weekend. Looking forward to seeing what you create. I will choose one card to feature on my blog Monday. (Never an easy choice).

Thank you for visiting.

DETAILS:

STAMPS:What a Hoot, Happy Father's Day (Clear Dollar Stamps LLC)

ACCESSORIES:Micro Brad (from Clear Dollar Stamps), Mini Brads, Flower Eyelets and setter (Eyelets Etc.), Coluzzle, Sewing Machine, Clear Embossing Powder, Heat tool, Sponge, Cuddle Bug and Cuddle Bug Embossing Folder

Hi Lisa!! Your card is great!! I love the embossed background with the owl. Just like a tree. Cute!! I like the colors you chose. I can do brights any day if you pair it with chocolate chip!! I go through lots of choc chip. I love the colorful ground you made. Good way to throw purple in there!! How cute that your hubby's favorite color is purple!! I love purple. I don't use it real often with cards, but I have lots of purple clothes!! :)
Great card today, Lisa, and I hope to play along with your CC next month!! I should be back in the swing by then!!! Yay!
