SPDSS16 Have An ICE Day

Ready to win some SugarPea Designs?
Come play in the latest SugarSketch Challenge

I made my whole card the rounded corner panel.
I used this cutie from the latest release Have An Ice Day.  I cut out only the penguin with his pole and the fish so I could place the fish deeper in my handmade sea by tieing him onto the pole with thread.
Inside
I used the making waves video from the Hero arts blog to make my background and the inside of the card as well.   I got to use the mini Peacock Feathers Distress Ink I won from Alice's Blog Candy.  Thank you Alice.  I stamped another sentiment from the set to make it a winter birthday card.
