Hug In A Cup

I recently stumbled upon these adorable stamps from
When I saw this digi I just had to get her and play in
Come play too.

What is a progressive challenge?
Basically, to play I bought the featured stamp for this month's challenge. Now since I played in this month's challenge I will get next month's image free.  As long as I keep playing each month, I will get the featured digi each month. How fun is that?  You can see all the details of the challenge on Gerda's site HERE.

How did I make my booth?
The booth is using the new release SugarCuts Polaroid Journal Card from SugarPea Designs. I cut out two polaroid die cuts, one from white cardstock and one from designer paper.  Then I cut my valance from designer paper.  I ran it through the printer to print my sentiment by taping it to the copy paper and running it through.  Then I folded it at the tip at 1/4 and 1/2 inch from the top.  I adhered the first 1/4 to the back top of the polaroid journal card.  Then the canopy forms itself and will fold down to mail it.  I used dimensional tape to adhere the booth and cut out my coffee girl, colored her and popped her up too.  I printed out another of her, cut out and colored her coffee cup and popped up too.

I also made this card for Virginia's View

SPD April Sweet 2 Repeat Blog Hop

Welcome to SugarPea Designs' Sweet 2 Repeat Blog Hop!

Now that so many of you have our March Product Release in your hot little hands,
the SugarPea Designers have put together new projects that will inspire you with even more creative possibilities featuring the newest SugarPea Designs stamp sets and SugarCut dies!

I am playing with the new Hot Diggity Dog stamp set.
I heat embossed the sentiment on vellum and added a little heart from the set on the dp.
I also cut out that he climbed over the fence for!
 I couldn't forget the inside.
I thought this sentiment worked great for the inside and I added a paw print.
How did I make this sitting pup climb the fence?
I cut his head and bottom paws from his body and placed them where I wanted on the fence.
I altered the woodgrain pattern paper to make my fence.
The little above panel is what the paper looks like originally.  The planks are too wide for my fence, IMO, so I just drew lines with a ruler, down the center of each plank using an ultra fine tip Sharpie.  Then I drew over the ruler lines free hand to make them a little darker.  (the bottom panel is my end result).

I am also playing in
I flipped the sketch to the right.

This card is also for Virginia's View Challenge

SPD November ProjectPea Blog Hop

Welcome to SugarPea Designs November Project Pea Blog Hop!
Each month we challenge our fabulous team of ProjectPea Designers to create FUN & CREATIVE projects that are sure to make you look at your stamp sets with brand new eyes!

One of my favorite tools lately is my Envelope Punch Board
I have been wanting to make these cracker boxes ever since I saw Connie's tutorial on pinterest to make them HERE.  I made three different types using the newest SPD releases.
These are really quite easy to whip up.
I die cut a window on the fold using Sugar Cuts Layered Treat Labels and cut another circle for my tag after I stamped my outline circle using Layered Treat Labels.  Then I stamped my sentiment and candy canes from Sweet Treats - Christmas .
This one captures the true meaning of Christmas
After I made my box using metallic paper, I made a wrapper and I heat embossed my sentiment all around using Lost Without You
This release isn't just for winter/Christmas.
I combined the sentiment from Have An Ice Day and Sugar Cuts Layered Treat Labels to make this cute label and popped it on top. I left my tails long on my black twine bows. I am using up some fall paper, but you'd never know.
