Sprinkles On My Donut

New Goodies!
Is this not the sweetest image?!
I just had to have it, Say Yes To The Donuts by Neat & Tangled and this beautiful paper pack Hello Gorgeous by My Minds Eye from my sweet and talented friend Annette Allen's new online store, Drive By Crafts

 I wanted to use this sentiment and draw attention to the sprinkles on the donut.
So I used my 0.1 black Staedtler pen to make larger sprinkles expanding on the ones already on the donut.

I used Copics
Donut = E31, E33, E35, C3, 0
Frosting = RV21 ,RV23, RV25, C3, 0
Sprinkles = BG00, BG01, B04, C3, 0, YR02, YR04, YR07, YG21, YG23, YG25, YR23, Y17, Y21
Hair = YR23, Y21, Y17, C3
Hair Bow = YR02, YR04, YR07, C3, white gelly roll pen
Pants = BG000, BG00, BG01, B04, C3, 0
Shoes = YR02, YR04, YR07, C3, 0, White gelly roll pen

I am playing in Your Next Stamp's
Sketch and Color Challenge #40
I chose the Color Challenge.
I do not own any YNS products so I am trying to win some!

Featured Stamper - Perfect Pair

 Congratulations to Natalie Dever aka dougnat,
this week's Featured Stamper #412 on Splitcoaststampers
 I cased Natalie's card Perfect Pair
My Changes
Circle Window
CAS
Curved Sentiment
Clothes Line
Enamel dots
 I used this adorable set from SugarPea Designs Take A Load Off
I curved the sentiment along the inside of the die on my acrylic grid block.
Here's the inside.
I paper pieced on the inside too and drew my clothes line just like on the front.  Chose to use this playful sentiment to go with the front.  It will make a great Valentine, Anniversary card or just a fun surprise to put in my husband's lunch I think.

This is also for this week's Simon Says Wednesday Challenge

You Old Goat

I am playing in a couple challenges today using SugarPea Designs.
First, congratulations to my very talented friend Annette Allen aka Clever creations
 She is today's Featured Stamper at Splitcoaststampers.  I used this fun set from SugarPea Designs, Totes Ma Goats.  I cased THIS BEAUTY by Annette.
My Changes
washi tape border
kraft fence
marker grass
image

I am also playing with Freshly Made Sketches #159.
I love this sketch with all its breathing room.  I flipped the sketch upside down.  I used washi tape for my border on the inside and outside that I placed my top white panel on top of.  Love this woodgrain washi tape from My Minds Eye.
Lastly, I'm playing in this weeks Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge -
I used kraft cardstock to make my fence.

I used Copic markers to make my grass like Annette did on hers, but I extended mine to the card edges.
Here's a close up.
I dry embossed my fence.

The inside.
I stamped two kids on the inside by masking the front off and stamping the other behind.  And added this punny sentiment.

SPD October Sweet 2 Repeat Blog Hop

Welcome to the SugarPea Designs October Sweet 2 Repeat blog hop.
 This is where we showcase our newest release! Now that you've had a chance to add these sweet sets to your SugarPea collection, we're bringing you even more inspiration! Be sure to hop along and leave a comment at each stop along the way for a chance to win $20 to spend in the SugarPea Designs Online Shoppe!

 I am playing with the fun new release Bountiful Blessings.
Isn't she the cutest! I had fun coloring her.  I paper pieced her overralls to match my background designer paper.  I used C1 and C3 Copics to give a little shading on them.  I then cut up the legs and curved them with my finger all around and popped them up.  This gives them shape.

How I got my strip in the center?
I stamped her in the center of my panel.  Then I cut two lines 3/4 apart from the bottom and from the top just to the outline image where I cut along the lines of the image. Then I popped up the whole panel for a little dimension.  You can see Maile Belle's Tutorial for this Cut Out Panel Technique HERE

 Here's a little close up.
 Here is the inside to match the front.
Easy peasy.

Supplies
Stamps:  Bountiful Blessings (SugarPea Designs) Paper: Vellum,  Recollections 110# White (Michaels), Friendly Forest (Doodlebug Design) Ink: Versafine Onyx Black, Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics: E000, E00, E11, R20, YR02, YR04, YR07, YR23, Y17, Y21, B00, BG01, B04, YG21, YG23, YG25, E31, E33, E35, E37, E79,  Accessories: Enamel Dots (My Minds Eye), Scotch foam tape Technique: Cut Out Panel
